Built in 2017, the 2 master suite, 2.5 bath casa's modern design is complimented with gorgeous designer furniture and original art. Ten-foot ceilings and an abundance of energy-efficient windows create a sense of space and light unique to the desert. The Great Room flows seamlessly to the patio/pool area through easy to operate bi-fold doors. Remote-controlled blinds in the Great Room, as well as custom blinds and linen drapery throughout, provide privacy and elegant protection from the sun.
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, coffee/espresso machine, toaster etc. to make eating in or entertaining easy and fun. In the master suites, luxury grade linens and bath towels are provided along with oversize beach towels. A washer and dryer are conveniently located just through the garage door.
Sony flatscreen TV's are located in the lounge, both master bedrooms and the Great Room. A Sonos audio system allows you to control the music via app., and every room is equipped with speakers.

The luxurious bathroom has a private commode with pocket door. The two-sink vanity features a separate magnifying mirror. The rainforest shower will drench you, or if you prefer, use the hand-held wand.

The lounge is located at the top of the stairs between the two master suites. Relax on the leather couch and enjoy a good movie on the Sony 60" flatscreen TV or break out the Xbox and play your favorite video game. A DVD player is also included, but make sure to bring your DVD's.
